We accept most major forms of payment, and phone orders are welcome. Credit Card surcharges do apply.
Please note: American Express, Diners Club, COD and cheques not accepted.

Website payments:
For those purchasing through the website (using Credit or Debit Card) you will be required to enter your details. To purchase firearms, ammunition, explosives and some accessories you will also be required to submit a copy of your firearms licence for verification.

Gift Vouchers:
Contact us with the gift voucher details and the products you would like to purchase. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Lay-by:
Pagan Firearms offers customers 6 week lay-by terms with a 20% deposit.

Special orders:
We are able to special order products we don’t usually stock, however this may require a larger deposit than usual.

Order Cancellations & Refunds:
A 20% cancellation fee on the total order value applies to all orders cancelled by the customer. Refunds will be conducted within 7 days.
