Returns (Incorrect product choice or size):
We may offer an exchange or in store credit if the product is still in its original packaging, complete, unused, unsoiled and in saleable condition. This will be considered on a case by case basis, and we encourage customers to research their product thoroughly prior to purchasing. Where exchanges are approved, customers will be required to pay additional freight for orders to be resent.

Please note: Refunds are only available for warranty claims with a major fault.

Warranty claims:
New products carry a manufacturer’s warranty specified on the packaging. Second hand and refurbished products have a 3 month warranty. Faults caused by accidental damage or misuse are not considered warranty claims. Should you have a problem with your product please contact us and we will arrange for a repair, replacement or refund. All warranty products will be returned to customers at no cost.
